# Reclaiming the Heart of Foster Care.

We believe foster carers shouldn't have to choose between spending time with their children and maintaining legal compliance. FosterFlow is the engine that does both.

## Why We Built This

The system is broken. It takes big-hearted people who want to change children's lives and slowly turns them into data-entry clerks. We watched incredible foster carers lose their Sunday evenings to typing up disjointed Word documents, anxious that a single missed detail could impact an Ofsted rating.

FosterFlow was built to stop the burnout. We use technology not to replace carers, but to give them their weekends back.

## Empathy Meets Security

We designed FosterFlow to solve two very different problems simultaneously.

### For the Carer: Augmented Empathy

Instead of staring at a screen, you speak into your phone. Our high-fidelity AI listens, understands the context, and instantly formats your thoughts into a professional daily log.

- Log observations while driving home.
- Never worry about formatting or spelling.
- Shift from "policed" to "supported".

### For the Agency: The Legal Vault

While the carer experiences a friendly app, the agency receives an immutable, CFO-grade compliance engine. Strict "Fail-Closed" architectures ensure absolute data isolation.

- UK Data Sovereignty (London Servers).
- Human-in-the-Loop AI with Original Transcript Preservation.
- Cryptographic, Ofsted-ready Audit Logs.

## Built alongside 9,500+ Carers.

FosterFlow is not built in a Silicon Valley vacuum. We are deeply embedded in the UK fostering community. Every feature, from the memory books to the medication logs, was requested, debated, and refined by the people who actually use it.

Our ethos is simple: Build tools that work flawlessly in the background, provide absolute confidence, and then get completely out of the way.

### Community Led

We don't guess what carers need. We listen.

## Join the Movement

Whether you are an independent carer reclaiming your time, or an agency securing your compliance, we're ready for you.

### For Foster Carers

Reclaim your evenings and weekends.

### For Fostering Agencies

Secure your Ofsted compliance.
