By accessing or using FosterFlow (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Eligibility and Professional Responsibility

The Service is intended for use by professional foster carers and fostering agency staff in the United Kingdom. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with your local fostering agency policies, social worker directives, and Ofsted requirements.

3. AI Accuracy Disclaimer

FosterFlow uses artificial intelligence to generate transcripts and reports. While we strive for high accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors. Users must review and verify all AI-generated text before it is submitted for official fostering records or case reviews. FosterFlow is not responsible for decisions made based on unverified AI content.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) matching the plan you select. All plans include a free trial period. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing dashboard. Refunds are governed by UK consumer protection laws.

5. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of the content you upload to FosterFlow. By using the Service, you grant us a license to process this data solely for the purpose of providing the service (transcription, report generation, and storage).

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in illegal or unethical behavior, particularly regarding the welfare of children in care.
