FosterFlow provides AI-powered foster care record-keeping tools including voice logging, report generation, memory books, and compliance tracking. The service is designed for UK foster carers and fostering agencies.
You must be at least 18 years old and a registered foster carer, social worker, or fostering agency in the United Kingdom to use this service. By creating an account, you confirm this is accurate.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your login details with anyone. All activity under your account is your responsibility.
FosterFlow offers a 14-day free trial. After the trial, you will be charged according to your chosen plan. All payments are processed securely via Stripe. You may cancel at any time from your account settings — your access continues until the end of your billing period.
Founding Carer pricing is locked at the rate shown at signup for the lifetime of your continuous subscription.
We take data protection seriously. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We comply with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
You retain ownership of all records, logs, and reports you create. We will never sell your data to third parties.
Reports and transcriptions generated by our AI tools are provided as drafts and should be reviewed before submission to any regulatory body. FosterFlow is not a substitute for professional judgment. You remain responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all records submitted under your name.
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts, or use the platform for any purpose other than legitimate foster care record-keeping.
FosterFlow is provided "as is". While we take every reasonable measure to ensure reliability, we are not liable for any losses arising from service interruptions, data loss, or inaccuracies in AI-generated content. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid in the preceding 12 months.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
